Magical Christmas Ornaments - LDRS Creative Handmade Card

Hello everyone and welcome back to my creative space! I'm back with a brand new Christmas card showcasing the amazing products from the new LDRS Creative release!

As usual, my project will be a clean and simple card and the best part is that I got to play with three different die sets! How awesome is that? Love using multiple products to create a CAS card!

For today's project I used the following products: Hope Ornament Die Set, Peace Ornament Die Set and Holly Border Die Set. All these die sets are from the new release and they're absolutely gorgeous! You can also find another ornament set Grace Ornament Die Set and two border die sets Sleigh Ride Border Die Set, Snowy Day Border Die Set. How fabulous are these?!

First step into creating this card was to create a watercolor panel using Mini Distress Inks. On a watercolor cardstock I smooshed Chipped Sapphire, Peacock Feathers, Mermaid Lagoon, Seedless Preserves and Picked Raspberry Ink pads directly on the panel and sprayed it with clean water. The colors started to spread and blend and it created a gorgeous background.

Next I run the panel through my Big Shot machine using the three die sets and after I also die cut the ornaments from white cardstock.

Then I assembled the ornaments glueing all the little pieces from the background inside the white ornaments frames. After my ornaments were ready I mounted using craft foam the Holly border that I die cut previously on the upper side of the panel. Then I mounted the ornaments onto the panel and using a silver glitter pen I draw two strings.

To finish my card I mounted the panel onto a navy blue card base and added a few silver sequins for a more WOW effect.

I just love these dies! They add so much elegance to a project and you ca use them for so many different Christmas projects. What would YOU create with these amazing dies?

That's all from me today! Thank you so much for stopping by!
