Best wishes - MFT Handmade Card

Hi crafty friends! Welcome back to my happy place! Another card?! Yup! I'm so happy that I had the time to participate in this year's My Favorite Things Camp Create .

And here is my last card for the Camp Create 2017.

For the fifth session in this year's Camp Create, we are going to play with some glitter on our cards. You can watch a video tutorial and read more information about this over at Camp Create Day 5: Glitzy Glitter. 

Below you'll see the badge that I earned by participating in this session.

For this card I used two die sets from My Favorite Things: Die-namics Cause for Celebration and Die-namics Homespun Stitch Lines.

First, I prepared a white panel and then I ran it through my Big Shot Plus several times using the Zig zag pierced die from the Homespun Stitch Lines die set to create a pattern and finished it with the Blanket stitch die. On the back of the panel I added some double sided adhesive and added brown glitter to the pierced little holes. 

Next, I added double sided adhesive tape on a piece of white cardstock and ran it through my Big Shot using the "best wishes" die. Then, I added gold glitter over the words and adhered it to the panel adding a complimentary sentiment on a brown strip. 

I mounted the panel on a brown card base using craft foam and finished it with a few gold sequins.
