SugarPea Designs - Sweet2Repeat Blog Hop

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome back to my crafty space. 

It’s time for SugarPea Designs Sweet2Repeat Blog Hop ! Now that so many of you have our Winter Release in your hot little hands, the awesome DT members have geared up to inspire you with even MORE creative possibilities featuring the newest and hottest products! And I'm so excited to be a part of this!

For my card I chose 3 of the new products and I created a soft Sympathy card. I played with the Pretty Peonies stamp set, the Heartfelt Sympathy stamp set and the SugarCut – Card Front Element Builder die set.

I'm in love with this release!

I started my card by die cutting one light blue panel with the scalloped rectangle from the "Card Front Element Builder" die set and I mounted it on a slightly bigger white card base.

Then, using the partially die cutting technique, I die cut a smaller scalloped white panel using the same die. On it I stamped the gorgeous peonies using a light lavanda ink pad and the Sympathy word in a grey ink. 

Using the corner die from the die set I die cut a yellow piece of cardstock and glued it behind the white panel. Next I mounted everything onto the card using craft foam. 

To complete my sentiment I white embossed the second part of it onto a light pink strip of cardstock and added it to the card. I glued a few clear sequins and my card was done.

Super easy to make and perfect for when you need it unexpectedly.
