You're a blessing! - Sizzix Handmade Card

Hi crafty friends! Welcome back to my happy place! I hope you're having a wonderful and creative day.

For today I have a card made with one of the die sets from the previous release from Sizzix UK, called Sizzix Thinlits Die - Songbird.

As you all know I love the Clean and Simple style. And I love to create CAS cards using dies from Sizzix UK paired with pattern papers from my stash. 

I started my card by looking through my pattern papers and I chose one of them for the background panel (it's a beautiful paper with a watercolor effect) . I trimmed it and glued it to a white card base.

Next I prepared a white panel and die cut it using a scalloped oval die and mounted it on the card base using craft foam.

Then I die cut the gorgeous "Songbird" die multiple times and I stacked them together for a raised effect. I glued it on the card and moved to the sentiment. 

I white embossed a beautiful sentiment from a WPlus9 stamp set on a pink strip of cardstock and added to the card. I glued a few clear sequins and my card was done. Easy, fast and a lovely result!
